Dr. Lindsay James

Dr. Lindsay James is a pediatric dentist, specializing in dental care for kids in Halifax. She finds her work rewarding and enjoys building trusting relationships with her patients.

About Dr. James

Dr. Lindsay James was born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Mount Allison University prior to completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Dalhousie University. After graduating from Dalhousie in 2019, Lindsay completed a Pediatric General Residency at the IWK Health Centre after which she went on to complete her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Boston Children’s Hospital and the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.

Lindsay enjoys all aspects of Pediatric Dentistry. During her training, she learned how to manage and work with children of all ages including those with medical and dental complexities.  

Being a true Canadian, Lindsay started playing hockey at the age of 5. She went on to compete as a varsity athlete during her undergraduate studies and continues to play for fun today. In addition to playing hockey, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and skiing both on snow and water!
